It looks really pretty out there with the snow but if you’re new to running or just into a couch to 5k programme maybe you have some reservations. I wrapped up warm today, wore an extra layer and a second pair of socks. I WALKED to the park and stuck to the grass when I got there. Yes it’s doable but really not worth a trip to A&E so if you’re feeling insecure stop and head home. Apparently there are things called treadmills. Who knew?
